  How to Access Online Training Modules

  The online training modules are available for download as ZIP files. To access each module, the files will need to be downloaded, unzipped (extracted), and opened in your web browser.

  To unzip (extract) the training module:

  • Locate the downloaded ZIP file
  • Right-click on the downloaded file
  • Select “Extract All” from the right-click menu
  • A pop-up will appear asking where to place the extracted file
  • Select the destination you wish to save the file
  • Make sure the check-box asking to “Show extracted files when complete” is checked
  • Click “Extract”
  • Your newly extracted file will appear in a new window once the extractor is complete
  • Open the file “TPAO_EN.htm in your web browser.

  All modules contain full audio and closed-captioning. You will need to ensure that your sound is enabled and that your screen resolution is set to 1280x800 or higher. For information on how to change your screen resolution, refer to the Change Screen Resolution page.

  To ensure that the course displays properly, please make sure pop-up blockers are turned off.

  Also, if your taskbar is more than one row high it will cover the navigation buttons within the course. For information on how to adjust you taskbar, refer to the How to Use the Taskbar page.

  Lastly, to view the course, you will need to have Flash Player 10 installed on your computer.
